Winter Class Schedule How to register: simply click the class number you are interested in. This will fire up an email. Important: leave the subject line in the email alone because the information we need will be there. Then just add your name to the message section. You'll basically be sending us a blank email as your registration. Only your name will be included. Embroidered Latte Quilt Block of the Month

This quilt uses the Bernina Embroidery Designer Software to digitize the squares and then is sewn out block by block on the Bernina Embroidery Machines. Tuition is $25.00 per month.
Class # 663: Tuesday, November 18 @ 5:30 PM When you want heavy threads or cords to be part of the sewing machine stitch and the thread is too heavy to be threaded through the eye of the sewing machine needle, then you can wind the bobbin with the heavy threads and sew with your fabric "UP SIDE DOWN". This techniques class will show you how to begin and what you can sew with, everything from Décor heavy thread, Success yarn, ribbon floss and glamour threads can be used. You’ll take home samples that can be turned into projects. Tuition: $20.00 (includes the heavy threads used in class). An extra bobbin case will be needed and a supply list will be provided. Click picture for larger view Class # 664: Tuesday, December 2 and 9 @ 5:30 PM This little purse/tote bag will teach you lots of new sewing techniques: curved strip piecing, piping, corded handles, crafty zipper insertion, and more. It has lots of pockets inside and is finished with fancy stitches and embellishments. A supply list will be provided upon registration. Instructor: Sue Shrader. Tuition: $25.00.
Block of the month: Birthday Blooms
Click picture for larger view Class # 669 Meets the 3rd Thursday @ 5:30 every month through December 2009. First Meeting is Thursday, January 15, 2009 You will create a new pieced block that will represent the flower of that calendar month. Finally the blocks will be set with a beautiful trellis pattern.
