This page will introduce you to our Fat Quarter Program.
It has been very popular and we encourage you to give it a try.
We are pleased to invite you to join our program.
We’ve structured this page in a question/answer format. Additional information
can be discovered by calling the store or by coming in and seeing us.
Question: What is a “fat-quarter?
Answer: This is a piece of new fabric which we have cut for you to the
dimensions of 18”X21” the fabric is brand new and crisp. More about this below.
Question: How do I use a fat quarter?
Answer: These cuts are big enough to get you well along the way into a quilt, or
a smaller project. Many of the fabrics will be color coordinated. Every stash
needs fat quarters!
Question: How does the program work?
Answer: You subscribe to our Pfat-quarter program.
We get fabric shipments into the store on and off all year long. When that
happens we cut your fat quarter off a fresh, new bolt and send it to you. A fat
quarter costs you $2.50 each with a maximum of 10 pieces per shipment ($25.00)
plus shipping of about $5.00 total depending on weight. We do not add “handling fees”. We will ship by Parcel Post.
Question: Could I pick up my fat quarter package each month.
Answer: You can choose to pick up your package each month if you live nearby.
Your credit card will be charged when the package is ready and we have notified
you. We’ll send you an email message telling you its ready.
Question: How often do you ship?
Answer: We ship when we receive new deliveries from suppliers. One shipment a
month as described above is all we’ll ship, Your bill per shipment will never be
more than as described above. Sometimes it will be considerably less, for
example shippers sometimes send us only three bolts.
Question: What if I don’t like your selection in a particular mailing?
Answer: You can always bring unwanted fat-quarters back to the store for
exchange. You’ve got 30 days from the date we shipped to make an exchange.
