Just about anything can fit in this large and colorful tote bag. It is made from fabric tubes filled with Duet Fuse II and zigzag stitched together. Using the Duet Fuse II for the bag that will make it stand tall. Make it plain or add pockets inside and add a button closure outside.

What materials do you need to bring for the bag? 

(You will receive a 10% discount if you purchase from Creative Sewing Machines or Oopsy Daisy Fabric Boutique.  We have everything for class except for the Button)

o   Pattern:  Anything Goes by Aunties Two Patterns

o   40       2 1/2” x width of fabric strips or a jelly roll

o   1 yd    coordinating fabric for bag bottom, binding, and handles

o   2          Duet Fuse II that measure 2 ½” x 20

o   ¼ yd   Peltex

o   2          small or 1 large 100% cotton thread

o   1          Large button  or you can stack two together

Please bring these supplies for sewing:

o   Sewing machine (cleaned and oiled) with power cord, foot control, bobbin case, bobbins, slide on table. If you will request in advance, we can set up a machine for you to use in class.

o   Knee lift/Free Hand System if you have for your machine and use it at home.

o   Presser feet:  Open toe foot such as 20, 20C, or 20D for BERNINA. 

o   ZigZag presser foot. 

o   Bobbins

o   Size 14/90 topstitch needles

o   Scissors

o   Seam ripper

o   Sewing Pins

o   Ironing surface, press cloth and iron
