Supplies to bring:

Bring your Brother machine and embroidery unit, power cord, embroidery foot, special screwdriver, and your Brother Snowman markers that came with your Brother Embroidery Machine

9 ½ x 14 embroidery hoop or Luminaire owners can bring the 10 5/8 x 16 embroidery hoop.  You can also bring a magnetic hoop in these sizes if you have it.

Book:  Edge to Edge Quilting on your Embroidery Machine.  The book either has a CD with the quilt designs or a link for you to download the designs.  You should download them to your computer and then transfer the Large Brother 7x13 PES files onto a USB flash drive.  Bring the USB drive and book to class.

Small quilt layered with batting and backing.  Use fusible spray to bond the 3 layers together.  The backing and batting should extend 6” beyond the quilt top on all sides. 

Size 90 Jeans needles

Thread for quilting with 3 bobbins wound to match.  This thread can be 50 weight cotton or isacord polyester size 40.

Thread:  1 spool of red, navy, brown OR orange thread
